Our training is delivered using experiential learning with interactive case studies and exercises.

Our programmes are not maths or accountancy courses. Our exercises focus on using and interpreting financial data rather than calculating it. We aim to simulate some of the reports and decisions encountered by delegates and to make it fun.

Our programmes often culminate by focusing on the delegates’ own budgets and what they are going to do. We often include personal action plans at the end of the programme.
